Our aim is to minimise the impact of any outage that may affect you. Except in emergencies, if an upgrade or maintenance to the network requires us to interrupt supply, we will notify you at least five days before the planned outage in daily newspaper, radio, email or phone.
The date and the estimated start and finish times of the planned outage will be advertised on the newspapers, radio advertisement, social media pages, email, or flyer.
In the event of an emergency planned outage, we may not be in a position to notify you or update our planned outages information in time.
